Clients are welcome to witness the destruction or the process can be recorded. Every process is documented with a Certificate of Destruction for the clients records.

- Destruction processes at partner facilities adhere to requirements set in the NAID Standard
- Hard drives are triple wiped and verified for complete erasure or sent immediately for shredding
- Clients may witness the destruction process
- All critical data is rendered unidentifiable and irretrievable
- Equipment and document destruction are documented with a Certificate of Destruction or a Certificate of Recycle upon completion of requested services
